Prairie Sociology
The prairie-grass dividing—its special odor breathing, I demand of it the spiritual corresponding, Demand the most copious and close companionship of [women and] men, Demand the blades to rise of words, acts, beings, Those of the open atmosphere, coarse, sunlit, fresh, nutritious,... -Prairie Grass-Dividing, Walt Whitman

Hi Erin
I just read the post you made back in march on "The New Institutionalism in Organizational Analysis" by Powell et al.
This one: http://prairiesociology.blogspot.com/2005/03/cant-sleep-syndrome-leads-to.html
I'm in the proces of doing a rather quick scan of litterature on the subject of 'New Institutional Theory.'
And hoping that you may have looked into the subject some more since march, I address this question to you (while I keep my fingers crossed).
I'm seeking references to explanatory litterature on the subject and state-of-the-art research done using New Institutional Theory.
If you know of any please let me know.
Thank you
